Fade is a Barrister & Solicitor practicing in Alberta, Canada. Prior to being called to bar in Alberta, she worked with the Maintenance & Enforcement Program (MEP) of the Alberta Ministry of Justice, providing increased access to justice in the area of child and spousal support. She also has a deep understanding of the Nigerian legal system where she practiced before relocating abroad in 2005.


Fade specializes in all aspects of Immigration Law (Including visas, refugee claims and judicial reviews). She also has deep knowledge of the Canadian Criminal Law, Child Welfare Law, of which she has successfully represented clients.

Moses Otusemade

Moses Otusemade is a student at law who brings 14 years of active post-call experience from Nigeria. After his call to the Nigerian bar in 2012, Moses carved his niche in litigation, commercial law, oil and gas and alternative dispute resolution. He possesses a strong understanding of complex legal issues and provides practical, results-oriented legal solutions, 

while maintaining the highest ethical standards in his practice. 


During his career in Nigeria, Moses advised individuals and corporations on a variety of legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts disputes, and regulatory compliance. He has also represented clients in both civil and criminal matters before various tribunals, trial and 

appellate courts.  


Moses holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Lagos State University and a Master of Laws from the University of Lagos.
